What we do
Make it look like it rolled off the line.
Almost any surface can be vapor blasted. The satin finish stands out most on aluminum and brass — and leaves rubber, plastic and steel looking very clean.
Services
Carburetors
Ultrasonic cleaning and vapor honing. Complete teardown required — the end product is worth it.
Engine cases & internals
Disassembled motors only — carbon build-up removed, outside brought back to that new-bike shine.
Paint & powder coat removal
The dedicated heavy-grit setup strips paint, powder coat and heavy corrosion.
Automotive aluminum
Manifolds, brackets, covers and housings — motorcycle and automotive both welcome.
The setup
Three machines. Heavy grit to fine.
We recently added a second vapor blasting setup specifically for heavy grit. With this addition to our existing two machines, we can offer a greater range of services — the new setup removes paint, powder coat and heavy corrosion.
We also run a heated, high-powered parts washer that removes the worst grime, grease and dirt before a part even goes into the machine. If it can fit in our cabinet, we can do it.

Platforms
Vintage to performance.
The process
How a part moves through the shop.
Teardown check
Parts arrive disassembled — bearings, seals and moving parts removed. We'll flag anything we spot.
Hot wash
The heated parts washer takes off the worst grime and grease first.
Vapor blast
The right cabinet and grit for the job — fine media for finish work, heavy grit for coatings.
Inspect & return
Final check, then packed for pickup or protected shipping.
Logistics
Drop off in Denver, or ship from anywhere.
Local work runs by drop-off appointment. Mail-in parts arrive every week — we'll send packing guidance and return everything packed to survive the trip home.
